Group Cross Training
Our core class is cross functional exercise. We expose our members to a wide variety of workouts, movements, and training methods. This allows for a constantly varied approach because life is constantly varied. Each class is instructor led and will include a briefing on the workout, warm-up/movement prep, a two-part workout, and cool down. We believe smaller is better so we limit our classes to 12 people so our coaches can spend more time coaching and proving a unique experience for our members.
Strength
Are you looking to enhance your workout routine with targeted strength training? At Wisconsin Fitness Company, we offer specialized strength-only classes designed to perfectly complement your existing fitness program. These classes focus on high-weight, low-volume lifting, targeting specific muscle groups. Each hour-long session is dedicated to either upper body, lower body, or full-body training, ensuring a comprehensive approach to building strength on designated days.
Open Gym
Do you have a schedule that varies and would benefit from access to Wisconsin Fitness company outside our scheduled class times? You’re in luck! We offer regular hours of open gym time each week when you can work on your own primary, accessory, or sport-specific programming. You can also use the space to incorporate additional mobility and flexibility work or make up for a missed class workout! Access to Open Gym is included in all Unlimited Class Memberships.
