Wisconsin Fitness Company specializes in small group cross training classes with exceptional coaching. We believe smaller is better so we can spend more time interacting with our members.

Our core class is cross functional fitness. We want to expose our members to a wide variety of workouts, movements, and training methods. This allows for a constantly varied approach because life is constantly varied.
In addition we offer strength and open gym options with more class types to come.

0 - 5 minutes: Coach explains the workout and addresses questions
5 - 20 minutes: Warm up/mobility focus
20 - 50 minutes: Workout time (works will vary and possibly have multiple sections)
50 - 60 minutes: Cool down/stretch/high fives

We believe smaller classes are better so our coaches can spend more time with members. Our class sizes will be limited to 10 - 14 members at a time based on class type.

Since our classes have a limited size, members will need to sign up for classes ahead of time. If you are unable to attend after signing up please cancel the class as quickly as possible to create space for other members. I
