Cross-Training Classes

At Wisconsin Fitness Company, our 60-minute cross-training classes are designed to meet you where you’re at, no matter your fitness level. Each session begins with a coach-led introduction and warm-up to prepare your body for movement, followed by an intense, high-energy workout in formats like AMRAPs (As Many Rounds As Possible) or timed challenges. We then transition into strength-building and skill development, which may include bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, balance drills, core strengthening, or practicing complex movements at a slower pace. The goal is to develop control, efficiency, and overall strength. Finally, each class wraps up with a cooldown, stretching, and mobility work to enhance recovery and prevent injury. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, our classes offer a balanced blend of cardio, strength, endurance, and flexibility to support your fitness journey. Led by coaches with over a decade of experience, we provide expert guidance in a supportive community, ensuring you feel motivated, empowered, and ready to achieve your fitness goals.

Strength-Only Classes

Our 60-minute strength only classes are designed to help you build muscle strength, improve your physique, and correct any imbalances.
